Dear Todd:

I received your congratulatory letter with the documents concerning my final divorce. I am very appreciative of all the hard work and dedication you applied on my behalf to obtain my divorce, and even more importantly, to gain custody of my child which was won in my favor. For this, I am most grateful, for it is still obvious to this day, through the actions and reactions of my child that she would much rather live at her current residence, at home with me, than any place else, it seems, in the entire world. We have all settled
down and began to put our lives back in order. Everything is finally
calm...no more fighting and false accusations. My child is doing very well in school, and is a happy, well-rounded little girl. In fact, last year (while she was in first grade), she was chosen by her school principal and school psychologist to star in a Sesame Street episode. The Sesame Street episode was taped in April/May 2003, however it will not air until April/May 2004.

My ex-wife has taken a second job, working at night (5 nights a week). The nights she would have kept our child she graciously relinquishes those nights to me and our child stays home.

Once again, I would like to express my deepest appreciation for all that you did for me and my child. I will never forget on 01/02/00 when I called the legal consultation company and after telling them the situation which had just occurred with - and- , I stated to the representative on the other end of the phone, "I want the best lawyer there is in the State of New York to handle this case!" And the reply was, "Then you want TODD ZIMMER because he is THE BEST." And, after having met you and having you represent me in this matter, I concur Todd, that you are THE BEST!!!

Thanks again for everything you have done!!

Sincerely,

John

 Dear Todd:

I believe I already told you how disappointed I am that I will be out of the country on October 23, when you are honored by the Long Island Women's Coalition. I regret very much that I cannot be there to share your accomplishment. I drive a great deal of satisfaction from the accomplishments
of our graduates, and I am very proud of what you have achieved.

I hope the evening is a great success. All my best regards.

Sincerely,

Dear Todd:

We are in the process of planning our 1997 Annual Awards Dinner. Each year the Board of Directors selects individuals and groups to be honored at this annual event.

This year the Board unanimously agreed that you should be honored with our "Special Recognition Award." You have demonstrated your commitment to helping battered women and children by volunteering your important services by providing workshops for clients of LWIC and in the upcoming Town Hall Meetings. Because of your contributions, many victims of domestic violence will be informed of their rights and options regarding divorce and legal separation. This information is hard to obtain when finances are limited or nonexistent.

We would appreciate the opportunity to present to you with LIWC's "Special Recognition Award" at this year's event. The dinner is scheduled for Thursday evening, October 23, 2007 at the Brentwood Country Club. Ellen Levin, speaker on victim's rights, and mother of Jennifer Levin who was murdered by an acquaintance, will be the keynote speaker. We hope you and your guest will join us compliments of LIWC.

The "Special Recognition Award" has been given to only a handful of people in our community in the past. One person is selected and their name is placed in a plaque in our office as well as the award presented at the dinner event.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me. Within the next few weeks, Gayle Rawlings who is coordinating the dinner, will be in touch with you with additional information.

On behalf of the Board, Staff and the battered women and children we serve, I thank you for your generosity of your precious time.

Sincerely,

JoAnne Mitidieri Sanders

Dear Todd:

I would like to give you immense thanks in handling my custody case. You extended every gratitude and even went out of your way to accommodate me and my family.

I want to show my thanks with just a little something in order for you to enjoy your labor completely. Please find the enclosed gift certificate for the Country House. I hope you can dine there on a special occasion or whenever you find the time!

I also have not forgotten about making a will. I must contact you soon because I really don't know what a will should contain. I'll give you a call soon.

Again thank you so much, I wish only the best for you and your staff.

Gratefully,

Jon G.

Dear Todd,

We want to say thank you for all the time and energy you have put into our case.

The L. Family

Dear Todd:

Just a little something to say "thanks" for representing me and working things out. I will highly recommend you to whomever. Thanks for putting up with me being difficult at times and even being a pain at times. I appreciate your dedication to your client.

May God richly bless you and your family.

Sincerely,

Pat G.

P.S. Your staff is really great and it means a lot to those who walk through your doors. Keep up the good work, it always pays off in the end.

Todd

I just had to send a card with a word or two to tell you how much I appreciate all the care and consideration you gave to our family. If I had the means, I would pay for your whole family for a Disney vacation. Hey-who knows-no one knows what tomorrow brings! I feel that my "thank yous" are so empty because I can't put into words how it feels to know that you really do care about what happens to us. There are no words that I can think of. Even now when things seem to be going from bad to worse, I can hold it together because I know we have you on our side fighting for what is right not just
because it's a job but because you really do care. And that's a very comforting feeling. I'm sure that you have all types of clients. I'm sure some do not realize what a good attorney and person you are. Know that there are those who do appreciate you. I am trying so hard to get some money together so I can get up there for the next court date. Anyway, I do not discount all you have done and I will never forget.

Sincerely,

Christine

Dearest Todd

This is a long over due thank you for getting my divorce at long last in order. No thanks to- . Had it not been for your kindness and generosity, I would still be stuck with that outrageous decree.

Todd, I cannot fully express how much what you have done means to me. I thank you from the bottom of my heart and thank you for bringing decency to your profession.

Love,

MaryAnn

Dear Todd:

Please accept this small token of my appreciation for all your hard work and effort. I can't thank you enough for your time and generosity.

Dear Cindy:

Dear Todd:

Thank you for your help today. I really appreciate it. Also helping me with my divorce was comforting. Like some Oriental philosophers who said when you receive a kindness you should now return it 10 times over to mankind or our universe. So I will.

Thank you

Mitch

Dear Mr. Zimmer:

Many thanks for your help in sending me your "Divorce and You" guide. It will help my daughter, who lives in Paris at the moment. She needs answers to some questions in order to come to a decision on this subject.

Joan speaks highly of you. She is a long time friend of mine.

We shall keep you in mind when and if Angela makes a decision and decides to go ahead with a divorce. Many thanks once again.

Randall

Dear Todd:

Thank you so much for all you have done for the kids and me. You are truly a caring person. I wish only the best for you and your practice.

Take care-

Dear Todd:

One's accomplishments measures the ability to succeed, but one's understanding, love and care measures one's uniqueness. Thank you for touching my life and giving me the comfort to believe and trust. You are "one in a million"! Thank you for your persistence, knowledge and passion to win
my case.

Love,

Laurie

Todd:

As my divorce comes to finality, I want to thank you for the work you have done. The process was grueling and with the unfortunate New York laws, I can say that this was a difficult journey. You made the process a little easier to endure, and I appreciate that.

I have the respect and love of my children, the home that they deserve to grow up in and most importantly, self-respect and dignity. Thank you for a job well done.

Fondly,

Kathy and Family

Dear Todd:

I wanted to let you know the school has allowed "A" to stay until the end of the year. I want to thank you for helping "A" and I with everything. I will never forget what you did for us.

Sincerely,

DS

Dear Mr. And Mrs. Zimmer,

I just wanted to let you know that my story had a happy ending. I graduated from Santa Clara in December of 2006, with a GPA of 3.687. I took the New York Bar Exam in February of 2007 and passed. I was recently sworn in last week and have officially made it., I am currently looking for full-time
employment and enjoying for once not being in school.

I can't thank you both enough for giving me hope when I had none, for listening to me, and for believing in me. Your kinds words and hospitable nature truly were a breath of fresh air during an otherwise tumultuous ordeal.

Thank you both once again for everything and best of luck in the future.

Sincerely,

Frank J.
